1. How do I activate ProStudent on my Pocket PC?
We have published a walkthrough for activation which you can view at Registration Walkthrough.

2. I have lost my registration key, how do I re-download it?
You can download the registration key for any product by going to the My Purchase section of the NextLine website.

From here you can view your software orders and click "Download Key" to download your registration key.

You will have to use the login information emailed to you when you made your purchase to access the software site.

3. How do I install ProStudent?
You can install ProStudent by downloading the Setup file from the ProStudent Download. After downloading the file make sure your PocketPC is connected to your desktop computer and ActiveSync is running. Double click on Setup.exe and the program will install.

4. What is the difference between the ProStudent trial and the full version?
There is no functional difference between the ProStudent trial and the full version.

The trial is only a 20 day trial and then the program cannot be used.

5. I have upgraded my Pocket PC and my old registration key does not work. How can I get a new key for my new device?
In order to obtain a new registration key for your device, you will have to email support with your request.

You can initiate the device upgrade request by going to the My Purchase section of the NextLine website.

From here you can view your software orders and click "Update Device" to send a request to NextLine Software.

You will have to use the login information emailed to you when you made your purchase to access the software site.
